Erin Hopkins is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training and specialization in neurological rehabilitation. She works with adults living with a range of complex conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), spinal cord injury, and brain injury. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) and LSVT BIG certified, bringing an evidence-based, personalized approach to helping clients improve mobility and independence.
In addition to her neurological expertise, Erin has extensive experience treating individuals with balance impairments, a history of falls, and vestibular disorders. Her treatment plans are rooted in neuroplasticity and functional retraining, with a strong focus on fall prevention, safety, and confidence in movement.
Erin has provided care in outpatient neuro settings, inpatient rehab, and home-based therapy, and currently serves clients in Brooklyn through specialized in-home physical therapy. She is passionate about making high-quality neuro care accessible and empowering individuals to reclaim meaningful function in their daily lives.
