Insurance and Fees

Currently I am a participating provider with (original) Medicare only. Services are billed under Medicare part B.

If you have a commercial insurance or a Medicare Advantage plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be able submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I can provide paperwork that includes receipts and diagnosis codes to help you with the reimbursement from your insurance company for all services you have received. It is helpful to call insurance companies in advance to determine the level of coverage.
